Karen, president of Southeast TechInventures, received the CED’s Outstanding Service to Entrepreneurs award for her company’s efforts to help accelerate the commercialization of research and technology developed at several universities.
“I was very surprised to receive the award,” said LeVert, who launched Southeast TechInventures in 2003. “We are just three years old, but we are about where we are supposed to be.”
