Delivery is as important as content during an elevator pitch, and almost everybody can bring value to a pitch, regardless of style or comfort. 

Those are two general rules of thumb for crafting an effective and memorable pitch, says UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School associate professor Tim Flood, who’s known locally as the coach behind The Startup Factory and The Iron Yard Demo Days.

It’s not really as simple as that—he’s got plenty of other tips and tricks. But you’ll have to watch the video to get all the goods.
