RALEIGH – Bandwidth Inc., a communications technology services company, has entered into a seven-year office building lease on the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The lease will cost $1.2 million annually. The base rent will increase by 3 percent in each subsequent year.

Bandwidth is expected to expand into its new offices by this October, occupying space in the CTI building.
Founded in 1999, Bandwidth operates four divisions — innetwork, Phonebooth, Broadband and Republic Wireless.
Across the four divisions, the company provides a full range of communication services, including wholesale voice origination and termination, a full suite of 9-1-1 services, hosted VoIP and internet connectivity service for small businesses, and a consumer wireless business.
Bandwidth went public in November and raised $80 million.
