The National Association of Broadcasters and Raleigh’s Capitol Broadcasting, parent company of WRAL-TV and FOX 50, demonstrated live Olympics video transmitted in ATSC 3.0, the next evolution of the broadcast signal. In it, crisp images can be blended with local broadcasts while adding local data and interactive, personalized features.
