WalkMe, a digital adoption platform and one of the fastest-growing software companies globally, will hold an open office launch event Wednesday afternoon to celebrate its new expanded office location in Raleigh, following its creation of a Center of Excellence for Growth Companies.
WalkMe opened its Raleigh office in mid-2016 with two people and now employs 55, said Omer Rabin, managing director of its Growth edition aimed at providing startups and growth companies with the technology it sells to a third of the Fortune 500 companies. It expects to grow to 90 employees at its new 11,000 square foot office on Fayetteville Street.
“We’re bringing people on board every week,” Rabin said in an interview with WRAL Techwire. It plans to aggressively hire local talent in roles including sales, customer success, solution architects and support.
WalkMe’s automation, artificial intelligence, and real-time analytics helps businesses to improve their entire customer lifecycle – from trial conversion, onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion, the company says. It identifies spots where a customer may be having trouble adopting a new program or digital platform to improve the customer experience.
“We build a transparent layer on top of a company’s solution,” Rabin explains. “Using A.I., it knows where a user might get stuck and offers guides and shout-outs, guiding users through effective adoption of the technology.”

WalkMe, headquartered in San Francisco, was founded in 2011 and has 600 employees and 1,500 clients, including banks, retail firms and some of the world’s top technology companies.
The Raleigh office is WalkMe’s second largest office in North America and its third largest office globally, following its global headquarters in San Francisco and its Tel Aviv office. WalkMe has seven offices worldwide.
