RALEIGH–The Raleigh U.S. headquarters of Feedtrail, which sells hospitals and medical providers a patient feedback platform, has secured $270,000 of a $500,000 debt round, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company, which has offices worldwide., says its platform results in an 800 percent increase in patient feedback received by hospitals per month.

According to the company website, its real-time patient feedback platform empowers on-duty staff with insights to enable the addressing of patient needs while giving management hospital-wide transparency. It includes analytics to help healthcare providers can “extract strategic and operational insights.”

It allows nurses and other providers to address patient concerns in real time, “Giving patients a voice at all times throughout their experience.

The company works with healthcare organizations of all specialties and sizes. Our current clients include 20 bed critical access hospitals, 3,000+ bed health systems, 70+ location medical clinic groups, physical rehabilitation clinics, concierge medicine practices, and cancer institutes.
