GREENSBORO – Guerrilla RF is raising $2 million in new capital with $1.635 million already closed, according to a securities filing.

The funding – listed at debt – came from 14 investors, according to the filing which was made Monday.

The startup’s CEO, Ryan Pratt, signed the filing.

Guerrilla RF does not intend the funding to last more than one year. It produces microwave integrated circuits for the wireless infrastructure market. It says these products “allow wireless infrastructure equipment manufacturers to provide greater coverage area and higher data rates.”

The company also disclosed annual income of between $1 million and $5 million.
