More news and information for entrepreneurs to use in building and growing businesses is available from TechWire as we continue to make additions to our Triangle Startup Guide.

We want to continue encouraging readers to share suggestions and feedback to help us make the guide better. Is there something you think we’re missing? Feel free to send me an email or tweet me (@ShannonCuthrell) your suggestions.

Every Monday, we’re sharing a digest of the changes and additions we make to the guide.

Here’s what we added last week:

  • Earlier this year, INVESTinNC put together a helpful guide on how businesses can take advantage of North Carolina’s investment crowdfunding opportunities. We added it to the guide’s Inspiration, Advice and More Resources page.
  • We also added Raleigh4U to the “More Resources” page. The site lists information about the City of Raleigh’s innovation initiatives and business development programs.
  • NC IDEA hosted a weekly seminar series running from June to August of this year. They’ve uploaded footage from each session to an online video library for all to see. We added a link to collection on the “More Resources” page.

This coming week, we’ll be adding Gig East Exchange to the Incubators and Coworking Spaces Map. Set to open early-2020 in Wilson, the space brings together entrepreneurs, businesses and remote workers to collaborate in a central hub for innovation. Gig East Exchange will also be home to the eastern North Carolina branch of the RIoT Accelerator Program.
