MORRISVILLE – TrialCard, a Morrisville-based healthcare company, announced it has acquired Policy Reporter in a press release Tuesday.

Policy Reporter is a healthcare information management company that specializes in increasing patient access to biologics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

TrialCard said the deal accelerates its mission to offer end-to-end patient access solutions by providing visibility into health plan policy information.

“Our customers will benefit greatly by having access to Policy Reporter’s state-of-the-art technology to monitor changes in health plan coverage for their products,” said Mark Bouck, president and CEO of TrialCard.

This is the fourth acquisition for TrialCard in the past thirteen months, including its September purchase of Mango Health. TrialCard is a company that provides patient affordability, support medication access services.
