RALEIGH – Logically, a provider of managed information technology companies with asiprations to be the top player in that segment, is expanding to North Carolina by acquiring Carolinas IT.

The deal was announced Wednesday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Based in Portland, Maine, Logically has made three acquisitions this year and has more than 750 customers across the country. The addition of Carolinas IT, which launched in 1996, gives the firm a stronger foothold in the southeast.

Logically’s goal is to “become the leading national IT Managed Service Provider.”
