Ethix360, a compliance software startup in Matthews, is raising $1M, also hiring

MATTHEWS – Ethix360, a startup that provides Compliance as a Service (CaaS) solutions, is raising $1 million, and it’s also hiring.

According to an SEC filing, the firm has raised $454,000 in debt and options from four investors. The goal is secure another $546,000

And according to its website Ethix360 is looking to hire five people across a variety of positions.

“Our clients include global leaders in insurance, global package delivery, retail, technology, healthcare, energy, schools education and many other industries, deploying a variety of programs targeted to just a few employees or over 500,000 employees and contractors,” Ethix360 says.

“Collectively, these clients support operations in over 60 countries spanning 6 continents around the world.”

The firm raised more than $1 million in two raises over 2018 and 2019.
