WINSTON-SALEM – Cook & Boardman Group, a provider of systems integration services and commercial door entry solutions, has acquired Delaware-based Advancetech, a security integration firm with customers across the Washington, D.C. area as well as Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Advancetech will be part of A3Communications, which Cook & Boardman acquired in 2019.

The acquisition is the eighth made by C&B since it was acquired by Littlejohn & Co. in 2018.
