DURHAM – Coworking giant WeWork is going to shut down one of its three Durham locations by the end of the year, WeWork disclosed Monday.

“WeWork remains committed to the long-term success of our two locations across the Raleigh-Durham market and we continue to focus on providing companies of all sizes with the flexible workspace they need,” said Dave McLaughlin, vice president of WeWork’s East Coast locations, according to a report in The News and Observer.

Durham operations will be consolidated at its location in the One City Center tower downtown.

The office to be shuttered is at the Durham I.D., The N&O reported.

WeWork also has an operation in Raleigh as well as an office in Charlotte.
