RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK – Startups and entrepreneuers looking for investment funding should check out the “Early Stage Capital – Sources & Challenges” on Monday afternoon.

The virtual event will be hosed by the First Flight Venture Center from 1:45-3 p.m.

It’s part of the networking even being put on by the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

“Sources of funding are critical to a startup’s ability to progress through different stages of research, development and commercialization. The panel will cover a range of revenue/grant options related to all stages of their company’s development, the advantages and consequences of each and factors that impact the best choices. Experts who have “been there done that” in non-dilutive funding, the angel investing, and venture capital arenas will share their invaluable, insider knowledge,” says First Flight.

The moderator is Karen LeVert, Venture Partner, Pappas Capital.
