RALEIGH – Private equity-backed insightsoftware continues its acquisition binge, acquiring an analytics software firm for its 17th deal since the firm was formed less than three years ago.
The latest addition is Logi Analytics.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
insightsoftware’s focus is focused on enterprise software solutions geared to the “Office of the CFO.”
Logi Analytics has more than 25,000 customers for its software suite that integrates financial and operational reporting for enterprises.
