RALEIGH – The NC Technology Association (NC TECH) recently hosted a roundtable of CEOs of North Carolina tech companies and site leaders of major tech hubs of non-headquartered companies to discuss the various issues and changes associated with post-COVID workplace and workforce. In follow up, a poll was conducted of tech leaders in the state asking for insights on trends in hiring, business projections, work from home policies, and more.
NC TECH will host a virtual program entitled Work Forward – What’s Next? on Wednesday, June 9. The program will include a panel discussion on what the return to office and future of work might look like moving forward. Panelists will discuss how workflow, company culture, hiring and office environments have been impacted and what might change for the foreseeable future.
