DURHAM – ProcessMaker, which raised $45 million in financing from Aldrich Capital Partners in February 2021, has formed a partnership with Gnosis, a consulting and analytics firm based in Cyprus, with the intention of expanding its digital automation platform into Greece, Cyprus, and other locations in southern Europe.

The company announced the move in a statement.

“This partnership will develop resources and skills localized in the region, addressing the growing number of requirements surging as an outcome of the momentum generated by investments from the public and private sectors,” the statement reads.

ProcessMaker

ProcessMaker provides low-code digital process automation, and was co-founded in the early 2000s and bootstrapped until closing the funding in February 2021.

The Durham-headquartered company was also recently announced as a leader in business process management solutions for summer 2021, based on customer reviews on the G2 Crowd platform.

“We continue to see the flow of reviews from our customers as great validation that we are continuing to innovate the ProcessMaker platform and deliver real solutions to real problems across the globe through process automation,” said ProcessMaker CEO Brian Reale in a blog post.

Reale told WRAL TechWire in February the company anticipated adding about 20 employees in Durham during 2021, and noted the company had about 140 global employees at that time.
