WAKE FOREST – The Wake Forest-based software company Timerack announced a new partnership deal with a Virginia Beach-based company, COATS Staffing Software this week.

The two software companies shared in a statement that the partnership will deliver enhanced software solutions to staffing firms.

That could come in handy, as there are currently more job openings than job seekers in North Carolina, WRAL TechWire found in this week’s jobs report.

“With this new partnership, staffing agencies can eliminate manual, front-office assignment tracking and employee location processes—using automation and intelligent software to reduce costs and human error for greater focus on growth opportunities,” the statement reads.

Timerack provides employee time and labor management software as well as payroll and HR suite integration, it noted in a statement, and COATS Staffing Software includes a fully integrated CRM, payroll system, and accounting solution.

Together, the partnership is anticipated to provide enhanced assignment tracking, increased efficiency, fully integrated reporting, and online applicant entry, resume parsing, and job posting, the statement noted.

“We are excited that COATS Staffing Software combined with Timerack’s intelligent automation solutions helps staffing agencies be more efficient, freeing them to focus on new business development and employee retention,” said Adam Day, President and CEO of Timerack in a statement.
