MORRISVILLE – TrialCard Incorporated, a Morrisville-based company, has new leadership.

Mark Bouck resigned as president and CEO, the company said in a statement.

“At this time, I have made the decision to step aside and consider the next chapter of my career while giving my outstanding colleagues the opportunity to take TrialCard to the next level,” said Bouck in a statement.

Bouck joined the company as executive vice president in 2012, then became president in 2013, and CEO in 2015, according to a LinkedIn profile.

The news was announced this morning.  According to a WRAL TechWire source, the company announced the leadership change to employees this morning as well.

Scott Dulitz has been promoted to president and chief strategy officer, the company stated.

The statement also notes that Dulitz will “lead the Company in partnership with the existing management team.”

Other leadership changes were also made by the company.  Joe Abdalla is now president and chief commercial officer and Mark Droke is now general manager and chief revenue officer, the company statement noted.  Karen Russell is the company’s chief financial officer, the company stated.  These changes have already been made on the company’s website, on which Bouck no longer appears.

TrialCard’s majority shareholder is Odyssey Investment Partners, according to its statement.

“The executive team in place has a proven track record of delivering strong operating performance and we are confident in their ability to continue to execute TrialCard’s strategic growth plans under Scott’s leadership,” said Tug Fisher, principal of Odyssey Investment Partners. “We thank Mark Bouck for his dedication and contributions and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.”

The company did not respond to inquiries from WRAL TechWire for further comment.
