CHAPEL HILL – Bio 54, LLC has raised more than $3.1 million in equity financing from seven investors, according to an SEC filing.
The company is registered in the State of Delaware, and according to the Delaware Secretary of State, the registered agent is Paracorp Incorporated. According to Bloomberg’s company database, Paracorp Incorporated “provides document filling and retrieval services. The Company offers corporate research, formations, mergers, acquisitions.”
The company was registered in July, according to the Delaware Secretary of State.
The SEC filing lists the company’s address in Chapel Hill, along Estes Drive.
The filing lists Margaret Powell as the company’s CEO and the filing is signed by Powell.
According to the filing, Bio 54 raised $3,129,975 of a possible $4 million, and proceeds will be used for working capital for the company, “which may include normal compensation to executive officers.”
