RALEIGH – Patrick Henderson, who served as CFO and COO of Set and Service Resources, or SASR, has bought the company.

The staffing solutions company will also update its brand name to SASR Workforce Solutions, LLC, following the transaction, and the company has secured recapitalization financing from Access Capital, Inc. and Harbert Credit Solutions Fund IV, according to a statement.

Henderson plans to implement a strategic expansion.  According to a statement, the company will expand its workforce solutions services beyond retail and warehousing, and will now seek to serve the grocery, logistics, and manufacturing industries.

The company provides what it calls “comprehensive workforce solutions” and state that it assists its clients, nationwide, for new store setups, remodels, managed programs, and other temporary and direct hire labor solutions, using a technology-enabled approach to recruiting and matching workers to available client positions.
