WINSTON-SALEM – Winston-Salem-based Cook & Boardman Group (C&B) has made its 15th acquisition since 2018, and has bought California-based BlueViolet Networks.

BlueViolet is a security and systems integrator, and is “highly regarded,” according Darrin Anderson, CEO of C&B, who noted in a statement from the company that this is due to “their technical expertise and excellent customer service and they will play a key role in our plans to extend our security integration services nationwide.”

According to the company’s statement, BlueViolet will operate under the BlueViolet name.

Cook & Boardman was bought three years ago by Connecticut-based investment firm Littlejohn & Co., LLC., which makes private equity and debt investments, according to the statement.
