WINSTON-SALEM – Live Furnish, Inc., a Winston-Salem-based company, has raised more than $6 million in funding from three investors, according to an SEC filing.

The company provides what it calls on its website a “fully integrated image production platform” and charges a flat rate of $50 per image to produce images for the textile, home furnishings, and accessories industries.

“An accessible, 3D experience that cuts down on the wastefulness of ordering samples that may never make it to the product development stage,” the company’s website reads.

According to the filing, the company’s fundraising round includes equity and securities to be acquired upon the exercise of an option, warrant, or other right.  The total disclosed is $6,000,009 and the filing was signed by company CEO Preet Singh.
