CHARLOTTE – Conterra Ultra Broadband Holdings, a fiber-optic network operator based in Charlotte, plans to “accelerate” its expansion after changes in its ownership structure.

Senior management of the firm along with APG Group and affiliates of Fiera Infrastructure have acquired interests in the firm not already held by Fiera from Court Square Capital Partners.

Financial terns were not disclosed.

Conterra’s network includes 11,100 route miles of fiber across 21 states.

Fiera first invested in Conterra last spring.
